TOP TEN TUESDAY | BOOKS I RECOMMEND TO OTHERS THE MOST

I don’t get asked to recommend books by very many people, not counting this blog. There are a couple of people in my life I share books or book recs with, but I try not to go too overboard. So I’m just going to share some of the books I’ve recommended a few times over the years, really talked up on social media, or that I have recommended recently.

So there area a few of the books I recommend to people and have gifted to them! What about you guys? Has anyone read any of these? If so, have you recommended them? Which books are your top recs/gifts?

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly link-up feature created by The Broke and the Bookish and hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. Every week TTT has a different topic, and everyone who links up has to create a link of ten items that fit that topic. To see past and upcoming topics, go here.

Oooh, that’s so true! Did you end up enjoying Born A Crime? I loved it, but I am never sure if I have a particular taste, or whether the things I love have wider appeal. I think this is one that has been well loved by others, though!

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed those two! They’re two of my favourites, and also some of the few books I have read more than once. Which others are you interested in, do you think?

I fully agree! It’s a great one if you need a bit of a break from real life. I also haven’t read any more of his work – I tried a couple of times but never got very far. I wonder if this book is unique in his bibliography? Who knows, but either way I adore it! Happy reading to you as well!

Thank you! Oh, I just adore Q’s Legacy. I’ve read it twice now, and it’s just as good as I remembered. It’s like having a long conversation about learning and reading and life with a great, hilarious, irreverent friend. I couldn’t be a bigger fan!

HAHAHAHA I never would have put it so bluntly, but…. yeah. Pretty much! Also that glazed look when you know they don’t care, but it’s a book that means so much to you.
