Monthly Wrap-Up: January 2014

I haven’t done a monthly wrap-up before, but it sounded like fun, so here goes! I’ve had a pretty good start to the year, reading-wise. I not only managed to read a fair amount of books this month, but there were a couple that I really enjoyed and that will be hard to top!

Here’s what I’ve read so far:

I’d say my top pics would be Will Grayson, Will Grayson, Reality Boy and Enclave. The first two were excellent character-driven coming of age stories, and the third was just incredible edge-of-your-seat action.

The Diviners by Libba Bray
Enclave by Ann Aguirre
The Gathering by Kelley Armstrong
The Summoning by Kelley Armstrong
Songs from the Phenomenal Nothing by Steven Luna
Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi
Reality Boy by A. S. King
The Calling by Kelley Armstrong
The Rising by Kelley Armstrong
Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green & David Levithan

All in all I had a great month of reading, and I’m on a pretty good roll! So share – what did you guys read in January? Have you read any of these? //<![CDATA[ var sc_project=10144299; var sc_invisible=1; var sc_security="82f610c9"; var scJsHost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ?
