Stacking the Shelves

Time to look at the books I added to my shelves this week with Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews! Not necessarily books I bought – also includes books I borrowed, was given or otherwise ended up with. Weeks I don’t buy any books I’ll scramble around my shelves and find some I haven’t shared in an StS post yet!

The Deep - Nick Cutter       My New Orleans, Gone Away - Peter M. Wolf       Now I See You - Nicole C. Kear

I have to admit that covers certainly played a part in this week’s books! Particularly The Deep, which I suspect will be entirely too scary for me. But honestly. Just look at it! What did you guys pick up or dig out of your shelves this week? Let me know in the comments!

I was reading some other books as well when I started it but then I could only concentrate on that one. I love this boos to much. I love Finch so much. He is probably one of my favorite characters ever. I am so sad that I already finished the book. I wish I could read it again for the first time. I finally started Eleanor & Park and I am also reading Das Hexenmadchen, a crime novel!

I've read about the first 40 pages and I'm enjoying it so far. I've got a couple of books I HAVE to finish first, so I'm trying to resist it until then! I'm working on If I Fall, If I Die which is really good so far! I really like the Finch character. Violet I'm iffy on – but then, that often happens with female characters in YA books, particularly the “complicated” ones. I'm going to give her more of a chance though! What are you reading now?

I want to read Now I See You as well! Thanks for mentioning it. I just finished All The Bright Places and you have to read it, Em! If you aren't already. Trust me, you will love it.
