TOP TEN TUESDAY | BOOK COVERS THAT FEEL LIKE SUMMER

This is going to be a fun one! I’m not a fan of summer, but I do like the idea of summer. So summery book covers are appealing!

Well, now it feels like summer! Here’s hoping we have a mellow, chill, relaxing summer like the vibes in these cover images! What about you guys? Which book has your favourite summery image? Do you have any of mine on your list?

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly link-up feature created by The Broke and the Bookish and hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. Every week TTT has a different topic, and everyone who links up has to create a link of ten items that fit that topic. To see past and upcoming topics, go here.

Yup, 100%. I loved the Corfu Trilogy. I think I read the first two books, and loved them (they can be a bit slow here and there, but mostly are magical). I loved the series as well and was very sad when it ended!

Yeah, me too. The books are good, but definitely lean towards descriptions of animals and insects more than the show. You can see the budding naturalist for sure. I liked that, though, as I also find creatures fascinating, but it might slow down a bit in places. That said, there are still hilarious family stories and good character development, so I definitely enjoyed the two I read! Need to go back and read the third one of these days.

This is a new title I see from Bill Bryson — Icons of England?! Better go look this up. Loved the covers for Some Girls Do and Italian Ways, both seem awesome for summer road trips.

I can’t remember now, but I think it’s a book he edited that’s various writers writing about England. So I don’t think it’s one of his books, just one he was involved in! I haven’t read it yet, so can’t comment on whether it’s a good read!
