TOP TEN TUESDAY | BOOKS I WOULDN’T MIND SANTA LEAVING UNDER MY TREE

Only four more sleeps until Christmas! I’m still hoping for a Christmas miracle snowfall, but failing that, I’ll settle for some lovely rectangular packages strewn under the tree with my name on them. Here are a few of the titles I wouldn’t mind finding beneath the wrapping paper (though, of course, there are many more!):

Illuminae - Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff       Trigger Warning - Neil Gaiman       The Mountain Story - Lori Lansens

There are so many more books I want – I’m sure I couldn’t list them all if I tried – but these ones came to mind first.

Now over to you guys – are any of these on your Christmas wish list? Have you read any of them? Share in the comments!

Be careful…I wished for a white Christmas and now the snow won’t stop!!!!

I would love to read Trigger Warning, Ii just love Gaiman and the book sounds so so good.

Merry merry Christmas!!!!! I hope you get some wonderful books this year!!!!

P.S. No snow for Christmas here either — it’s in the 50s and sunny today, which is unheard of in December in Ohio! So, like you, I made it snow on my blog instead. 😉

I was so excited to read “The Watchmaker of Filigree Street” and then somehow I never got around to it! After looking at all the best-of-the-year lists, “Negroland” is on my to-read list (sounds like a different perspective and a good follow-up for “Between the World and Me,” which I read recently) and I keep seeing “Illuminae” EVERYWHERE so I may have to look into it, even though it’s YA. “After You” was pretty good — definitely not the amazingness that was”Me Before You,” but anyone who liked that book should read the sequel to find out how Louisa is faring (not well!).

Excellent list! I haven’t heard of Relax, I’m a Ninja but clearly based on the title I’m off to look into it. Trigger Warning is fantastic. I have Gaiman and After You on my list too!
