TOP TEN TUESDAY | BOOKS ON MY SPRING 2025 TBR

As usual, I’ll remind everyone reading this that I cannot, to save my life, ever stick to a TBR. The very act of making a TBR virtually guarantees that I’m highly unlikely to read a single one of them. Nonetheless, I feel obligated to at least attempt to join in a few times a year, so here are some of the books I’m kind of interested in possibly reading at some vague point in the future. Right now. Ask me again next week and it’ll be a mostly different list!

Everything Is Tuberculosis by John Green
Into the Uncut Grass by Trevor Noah
I Haven’t Been Entirely Honest with You by Miranda Hart
I’ll Just Be Five More Minutes by Emily Farris

The Message by Ta-Nehisi Coates
The Lady’s Handbook for Her Mysterious Illness by Sarah Ramey
The Paris Widow by Kimberly Belle
Enlightenment by Sarah Perry

Matrescence by Lucy Jones
Clear by Carys Davies
James by Percival Everett
First Lie Wins by Ashley Elston

So that’s my sort of maybe possibly probably not going to get to it TBR for this Spring. What about you guys? Have you read any of these? Do you want to read any? Which books are you most excited to read next?

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly link-up feature created by The Broke and the Bookish and hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. Every week TTT has a different topic, and everyone who links up has to create a link of ten items that fit that topic. To see past and upcoming topics, go here.

Yes, I’m a little apprehensive though! I like his non-fiction, but the topic is a little… intense. I worked for a lung charity for a while, and it’s a scary prospect now that there are drug resistant strains that are growing more prevalent. Not thrilled with the idea that it could make a come back!

Yes! I am dragging my feet on it a little – I think partly as I’ve never read the book it’s based on. But I have enjoyed Percival Everett before, so I think I’ll enjoy it when I do get to it!

I just got The Message from the library (I had been waiting on the holds list forever) but of course, typical for me, now that I have it I’m not feeling it. I’ll try to get to it before the return date! Sigh.
