TOP TEN TUESDAY | BOOKS TOO GOOD TO REVIEW PROPERLY

This is SUCH a good prompt. There are so many books I didn’t review yet because I just can’t figure out how to do them justice, and others that I reviewed, but felt really nervous about posting! Here are some of them.

A few I haven’t reviewed yet (or haven’t published reviews of):

.

Books I’ve reviewed… but don’t feel like I did a good enough job of:

   .    .

What about you guys? Which books did you really struggle to review? Are there any you’re still working on, or just haven’t reviewed because you don’t feel you can do a good enough job of?

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly link-up feature created by The Broke and the Bookish and hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. Every week TTT has a different topic, and everyone who links up has to create a link of ten items that fit that topic. To see past and upcoming topics, go here.

Oh it’s not just me! Good! There There was one of the hardest for me. I felt like everything I wrote was trite or cliched. I mean really all I wanted to say was GO READ IT NOW, but apparently that doesn’t count as a “review.” Hmph.

Both are fantastic. I adore Ivan Coyote. Their work is always so true and deeply personal, yet without any kind of flinching or dodging. I’m a huge admirer. And the motherhood book is extremely poignant and raw. I loved the diversity represented in it, too, all the different ways of being a “mother.” I highly recommend them both!
