This week’s prompt is “books with an adjective in the title.” I feel like this is a fairly broad category, so I’m going to look through my shelves and recent books on my Goodreads lists, and see which pop out first!
That’s it for me! Which book were you most proud to have discovered for this week’s prompt? Did any of mine make it to your lists?
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly link-up feature created by The Broke and the Bookish and hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. Every week TTT has a different topic, and everyone who links up has to create a link of ten items that fit that topic. To see past and upcoming topics, go here.
I LOVED, loved, loved The Traveling Cat Chronicles–so sweet! What a great bunch of books you’ve picked. Enjoy your week.
Oh yay! A few people have commented that they’d like to read it, but no one has yet, so it’s good to hear that it’s a good one!
The Travelling Cat Chronicles is right here on my bookshelf, but I haven’t read it yet. Can’t believe it! And Under the Whispering door is waiting for me on Audible.
Great list! Happy TTT and here’s my Ten Books to better describe your Wardrobe
Yes, it’s been on mine for a while too! I started Under the Whispering Door on Audible as well – I liked the beginning of the audiobook, I just got distracted (which happens a lot!).
It’s funny how when I looked at my TBR list that most titles do have an adjective, even some two. I haven’t read any of yours, but Nothing But Blue Sky and The Travelling Cat Chronicles look interesting to me.
Yeah, I thought it was going to be much harder than it was to find books for this prompt! I haven’t read most of the ones on this list, so I’ve not yet read either of those, but I also think they look interesting!
The Travelling Cat Chronicles looks great.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
Yes! I’ve had it on my TBR for such a long time now, but it seems like a great one.
Nice list! I haven’t heard of most of these, so thanks for the heads-up. Some of these look like books I would enjoy.
Happy TTT!

Oh good! I love introducing readers to new books!
It would be fun to look for the most unusual adjectives now…
Hahaha! Yes, it’s one of those things you don’t really think about until you’re told to!
I’ve heard good things about Under the Whispering Door.
My post: https://lydiaschoch.com/top-ten-tuesday-books-with-an-adjective-in-the-title/
I’ve heard mixed things, but I did like The House In the Cerulean Sea, so I figure I’ll give it a try!
