I’m behind on… well, all my reading… but there are some upcoming releases I am really dying to get my hands on despite my already massive TBR. Some of them, thanks to The Book Depository being situated in the UK, I have or will soon have. But others just aren’t available to little old me yet, and I’m more than a little impatient!
Books I am anxiously waiting for:
Sick by Porochista Khakpour will be released in the US and Canada on: June 15, 2018
On the Come Up by Angie Thomas will be released in the US and Canada on: February 5, 2019 (and in the UK in June of this year, though I suspect that release date may change)
Who Is Vera Kelly? by Rosalie Knecht will be released in the US and Canada on: June 12, 2018
Little Panic by Amanda Stern will be released in the US and Canada on: June 19, 2018
Melmoth by Sarah Perry will be released in the US and Canada on: October 16, 2018
Dear Mrs. Bird by AJ Pearce will be released in the US and Canada on: July 3, 2018
The Cost of Living by Deborah Levy will be released in the US and Canada on: July 10, 2018
Books I have (or will soon have) that haven’t yet been released in the Americas:
The Trick to Time by Kit De Waal will be released in the US and Canada on: TBA
Sight by Jessie Greengrass will be released in the US and Canada on: August 21, 2018
The Mermaid and Mrs Hancock by Imogen Hermes Gowar will be released in the US and Canada on: September 11, 2018
And then of course there’s the new Robert Galbraith novel that’s rumoured to be coming out sometime in the next year, but no one seems to know when.
That’s it for this post, though definitely not the end of the list – I could pretty much keep going forever. Let me know if you’re anticipating any of these, if you’ve been lucky enough to already have read any, or if you have any others to recommend!

On the Come Up made my list this week too. Great picks!

I read Vera Kelly and it’s quite enjoyable. Ask Tin House press if you can be in their next advanced reader group. They are nice to work with. I’m practically salivating for Melmoth.
I’m adding Little Panic, Dear Mrs. Bird, and The Cost of Living to my TBR! Great list!
I haven’t heard of most of these, but some of them sound really good. Thanks for the heads-up!
Happy TTT!
On the Come Up is a good choice. I can’t wait to read that book, and I was disappointed when the release date was pushed back. Wasn’t it originally supposed to be out this month?
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
