WEDNESDAY BLOGGING CHALLENGE | A HOLIDAY I’D CREATE

This is such an easy one. Because obviously I’d create a day in which everyone got a paid day off work in which to do nothing but read. This may be a think in another culture out there (if so, please share in the comments!) because I’m sure there are some out there with a better sense of the importance of reading in life. But ours doesn’t have one, and I have desperately wanted one for my entire life. Not only would it personally give me a chance to take a day out of life for something I love doing, but it would also make everyone around me have to take my hobby seriously rather than seeing it as something that can legitimately be interrupted, unlike playing a video game or watching a movie, for which people apologize when they interrupt. At least, I’d like to think so.

What about you guys? What holiday would you create? Or is your favourite holiday already perfect and in need of no improvement?
