WEDNESDAY BLOGGING CHALLENGE | MEET MY CAT

I’ve had several pets in my lifetime. I’m not going to pick a favourite, because that wouldn’t be possible or a fair thing to ask for. But I will introduce you to one of my current cats. His name is Opie, and he’s a tiny ball of fur who is super friendly and really only complains if he wants to be petted and you’re busy making dinner. He’s been so patient with the kid, hasn’t ever bitten or scratched, and just loves any attention anyone is willing to give him. You can kind of tell from the photo, but his fur is probably the softest I’ve ever felt. Here he is:

Pretty cute, right? Well, hold on to your socks, because I’m about to show you what he was like when he was a kitten, and OMG the cuteness is off the charts. Here he is, making some ridiculous faces and just being his typical adorable self:

So that’s it for me this week! Hopefully I brought a few moments of cuteness to an otherwise mediocre day. (Unless you’re having a fantastic time doing whatever you’re doing, in which case congrats, and get back to it!) Link me your posts below, because I love seeing people’s cute pet photos!

He’s turning into a Grumpy Old Man for sure! He now comes and reaches out one paw and taps whatever part of you he can reach when he wants to come up onto the couch and whines, hoping he’ll be scooped up so he doesn’t have to jump. And he’ll then just sit there looking at you accusingly if you don’t comply fast enough! Still super cute, though!
