WEDNESDAY BLOGGING CHALLENGE | WHAT I THOUGHT OF SANTA AS A KID

This is an interesting one. I’m curious to see what you guys say in response! I don’t remember ever believing in Santa as a kid. I remember knowing it was my parents. I remember being impressed when my Dad cut out hoofprints and placed them in a trail through the house so I’d think Rudolph had come in to eat his carrot. But I knew it was him. I never had that moment of reveal when I was told that Santa didn’t exist. I just knew. So I guess I thought he was an interesting but slightly odd idea, but hey, more presents, right? Cool.

What about you guys? Did you believe in Santa as a child? How old were you when you learned the truth? Were you devastated? If you’re from a different cultural background, does your culture have anything similar to Santa?
